Nancy Shope

Administrator

Nancy Shope has been the Administrator of Pinecrest Home since 1988 having served as the Assistant Administrator and personal care aide since the early 1980’s. Nancy is a graduate of Pinecrest Bible Training Center in Salisbury Center, NY and holds a certificate of Gerontology through Joint Education and Training.

Assistant Administrator

Theresa Gilbert has been the Assistant Administrator since 1998. Prior to her appointment as Assistant Administrator Theresa worked as a personal care aide at the Pinecrest Home from 1987-1989 and again from 1996-1998. Theresa is a graduate of Pinecrest Bible Training Center in Salisbury Center, NY and holds an Associates of Applied Science degree from Corning Community College.

As with any organization, staff form the backbone of the Pinecrest Home for Adults. Our employees are loving and highly capable individuals who contribute much to the well-being of our residents. Our staff are trained in personal care duties, meal preparation, supervision of medication administration, emergency fire procedures and first aid. Pinecrest Home carefully screens all applicants before hiring.
